Pali Hill, an Indian restaurant by Azure Hospitality in London, is a tribute to the "building societies" of India, serving regional Indian sharing plates. Through the use of patterns derived from various window grills—also known as jaalis in Hindi—bright color blocking, a grid inspired by different windows into the lives within one apartment block, as well as illustration and photography, the brand language of Pali Hill was developed. The look and feel of this design language had to feel elevated, contemporary & multifaceted
